I have 7 years of journals. And let me tell you each one is valuable. Especially Dreams journals. These can give you years of data. Such as in 1999 you have a vision that makes no sense. But a year later you have the rest of the vision. If you did not write down the previous vision or dream. You will only have half of your information. And you will kick yourself for it over and over. I have done that very thing. And lost very important information. I tell you now. This can make the difference in saving lives. They are important indeed. So write down everything. Especially all that is psychic. Or involves psychic work. It can take years to get all of the data you need. So why take the chance on loosing any of it.
