EMPATHY
The Empathic skill. This is fun have you ever seen Star Trek The Next Generation. same thing. This is the skill That Counselor Troi had. It is the ability to sense an emotion. Or fear. This is a skill most psychics have they just dont use it. Its sort of trivial in a way. But it is useful. Thats the guts of this one. you can feel or sense what another is feeling. its seldom wrong.
OPTICAL DEPTH GAZING
This one you will need a change of shorts for. Not to mention a can of nice smelling spray to clean the air. This is the most direct form of instant fear you will ever feel. if you should try it remember where the light switch is. This is the skill to see images in optical depths. Such as Black mirrors. Or sometimes the entrails of animals. Like a Liver Or ketles of water or blood. Ancient Egyptians would use a giant Brass vat filled with water. And you would have to look into it after a long preperation period. Usually after you could barely walk to it. You can see anything from loved ones to pets. And even more horribly your own death. Or the future of the world. The fear I spoke of is A fear Burst. This is done to warn you. It is a horrible feeling. Usually this accompanies prophecy of the worst kind. And you feel it for days after your contact. The fear may be so strong you may not go back into the room for weeks. And you will sleep with one eye open. And a nightlight. I did. I used the mirror. Be very careful. Perhaps a prayer before is wise. The ancient Egyptians used sulpher to cleanse the body after the event. In smoke form From what I recall.
RUNES
Ah this is a goodie. Very old too. This is a lot like Tarot. Or cards. Each rune has a symbol on it and how the Runes scatter about on a floor, table or plate predicts the future. Intuition is required for the use of these. I would say only an experienced psychic should use them. As they use more than one skill. Empathy is included with them. as the spirits manipulate that in relation to the runes. The psychic needs to be very open minded to use them.
